INTRODUCTION

PT INDAL STEEL PIPE(ISP) is a member company of Maspion Group,one of the conglomerates in Asia leading in several industries such as home appliances, banking, real estate, plastic industries,kitchen wares,aluminium industries,sea port,gas & liquid chemical storage facilities, and steel pipe

Facility

ISP has six complete lines of SAWH pipe mills to produce steel pipe from 4 inches upto 80 inches, one complete line of HFW pipe mill to produce carbon steel pipe from 6” upto 16” nominal pipe sizes and two slitting lines.

Coating

ISP has the most complete coating facilities in the region.From its functions the coating facilities may categorized into 4 Groups.external anti corrosion coating,internal coating/lining,Heat insulation,Concrete weight coating,Custom coating.

Quality Control

On every production stage,close and diligent inspection are carried out using proper tools and calibrated measurements,in accordance with documented procedures,and by qualified personnel to ensure any deviation from the requirements is detected and identified.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The oil and gas pipeline market requirements are extremely challenging.In order to fulfill these requirements,ISP operates a fine-tuned value chain of steel pipe making to final coated pipe according to the specification,delivered on time to the destination.
ISP adopts an integrated management system include rquirements of quality,occupational health and safety,and environmental.This management system philosophy is implemented as a way of life throughout the organization.
In recognizing its successful implementation of the integrated management system ISP is awarded the certificates of ISO 9001,ISO 14001,BS ISO 45001 and API Spec.5L based on API Spec. Q1 from reputable international organization.
